According to a recent Gulf News report, a company named Attan Donkey Milk Soap is producing this special soap in an area called Madaba, about 35 kilometers away from Amman, the capital of Jordan. The company has a total of 12 donkeys and this soap is prepared from their milk. The company says that this soap is completely natural and chemical-free. Initially, when the company started manufacturing this soap, people made fun of it, but after some time its benefits started coming to light and now its demand is increasing rapidly.

The founder of the company says that now its orders have increased not only in Jordan but also in many countries including Dubai. People are saying that it is very beneficial for their skin. According to reports, donkey milk is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins, which helps in keeping the skin moisturized and soft. The antioxidants present in it protect the skin from sun rays and pollution and slow down the process of aging.

Dietitian Suzanna Haddad at a beauty center in Amman said that elements like magnesium, copper, sodium, manganese, zinc, calcium and iron are found in donkey milk which are very important for the skin. He said that Whey Protein is also found in it which has antimicrobial properties. That means it prevents the growth of viruses and bacteria on the skin.
