Aamir Khan made us wait for 8 months

According to the news of Indian Express, Farhan told that Aamir Khan had made him wait for 8 months. Farhan told, ‘When I gave the script of the film to Aamir, the dialogues were written in English. So Aamir said that I should make the film in English. So I told him that I will write the dialogue in Hindi and bring it. However, Aamir took several months to rewrite the dialogue. He said that he would like to listen to the script again after 3 months. Kept waiting after 3 months. Aamir got busy with work and 8 months passed.

After this Farhan told, ‘But then one day I went to his house and started reading the script through the video doorbell outside his gate. Then seeing Farhan’s dedication, Aamir said yes to the film.

Aamir Khan convinced Saif

After finalizing Aamir Khan, Farhan had to face another problem. Saif Ali Khan wanted to leave the film. Farhan had told, ’10 days before the shoot, Saif told me that he has got a good film which is a love triangle. His role in the film is very good and Saif wanted to do that role. Then Aamir convinced Saif for the film.

Farhan said, ‘Aamir helped in this. We called an emergency meeting at my father’s house. I, my father and our partners Ritesh Sidhwani and Aamir Khan were present in this meeting. We were thinking how to convince Saif. We tried our best to convince them. Aamir told Saif that he would make the biggest mistake of his career by leaving this film. Then Saif agreed. Aamir had also told Farhan that if Saif did not agree to do this role, then only one person could do this role and that was me.
