Exit polls of Bihar Assembly elections 2025 have heated up the political atmosphere. Most of the exit polls have predicted NDA to form the government in Bihar. Like other exit polls, the estimates of POLL DIARY have also not brought good news for the Grand Alliance. The estimates of POLL DIARY have proved to be the biggest blow to the Grand Alliance. According to this survey, the Grand Alliance is limited to only 32 to 49 seats, while the NDA is predicted to win with an overwhelming majority.
POLL DIARY estimates: NDA gets huge majority
According to POLL DIARY, NDA can win 184 to 209 seats. This figure is not only much higher than the majority, but also indicates a one-sided victory. Whereas other parties are estimated to get between 1-5 seats. This survey has shown the political equations in Bihar completely in favor of NDA.
Other surveys also show NDA’s lead
Apart from POLL DIARY, many other exit polls are also giving a clear lead to NDA. PRAJA POLL ANALYTICS has estimated 186 seats for NDA, while giving 50 seats to Grand Alliance. Matrice-IANS survey indicates that NDA will get 147-167 seats, and the Grand Alliance will get 70-90 seats. Other major surveys like People’s Pulse, Chanakya Strategies, Pollstrat, P-Merck and TIFR Research are also showing NDA returning to power.
The position of the grand alliance is weak
The performance of the Grand Alliance has shown weak in almost all the surveys. RJD is estimated to have 50 to 58 seats, while Congress has been given 10-12 seats. CPI-ML and other left parties have been assessed between 9-14 seats. Despite these estimates, the grand alliance appears far away from majority.
