Revision petition against BJP MP from Mandi, Himachal and famous actress Kangana Ranaut has been accepted in Agra Court. In the case of Kangana Ranaut, revision has been accepted in the petition filed in the case of insult to farmers and treason, now the next hearing will be on 29th November.

In Agra, advocate Ramashankar Sharma had filed a suit against Kangana Ranaut in MP MLA Court on 11 September 2024, in which advocate Ramashankar Sharma accused Kangana Ranaut of insulting farmers and insulting Mahatma Gandhi. After 9 months of hearing in the filed suit, the Special Court MP MLA had dismissed the suit on incomplete explanation.

Advocate Ramashankar Sharma said that I had filed a revision petition, after hearing the revision, Special Judge MP MLA Lokesh Kumar has given this order and has accepted my revision. The lower court had dismissed my case on 6 May 2025, the revision petition has been accepted on 12 November, now it will be heard on 29 November.

According to the petition, this matter first came to light on September 11, 2024. Kangana’s statement hurt the sentiments of farmers and citizens across the country. On Wednesday, Special Judge Lokesh Kumar heard the arguments of both the parties on the case and accepted the revision petition. Now this case will go to the special MP-MLA court and the next hearing has been fixed on 29 November 2025, because the court has said that Kangana may have to appear in person during that hearing.

Let us tell you that despite six summons, Kangana has not appeared in the court yet. Earlier, a CISF constable had slapped him at Chandigarh Airport for his statement on the farmers’ movement.

Kashmir’s doctor Arif from Kanpur Cardiology in custody, was in contact with Dr. Shaheen even on the day of the blast.
