The ongoing application process for recruitment to the posts of Data Processing Assistant in Madhya Pradesh High Court is ending today. Interested candidates are advised to immediately visit the official website mphc.gov.in and complete their application. While giving relief to the candidates, the organization has also given an opportunity to improve the application, for which the time has been fixed from 24th November to 26th November 2025.
Details of posts
A total of 41 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive, out of which 19 posts have been earmarked for general category, 7 for Scheduled Caste, 9 for Scheduled Tribe and 6 for Other Backward Class. This distribution of posts has been determined with the aim of providing equal opportunities according to different classes.
Ability
Candidates applying must have B.Sc Computer Science, BCA or B.Sc IT degree from a recognized institute and also the candidate’s academic results must be passed with minimum 60 percent marks. This qualification has been decided so that the selected candidates can complete the technical work efficiently.
age limit
The age of the candidates applying for this post should be between 18 to 35 years, as per the rules of the state government, additional relaxation in age limit will also be provided to the candidates of reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC.
selection process
Three stages have been set for the selection of candidates..
- Online Preliminary Screening – In which the computer knowledge and basic aptitude of the candidates will be tested.
- Practical Test- Through which the actual working ability of the candidates will be tested.
- The final stage is interview – on the basis of which the final selection list will be prepared.

application fee
The application fee for general category candidates has been fixed at Rs 943, and for OBC, SC and ST categories the fee has been fixed at Rs 743.
what will be the salary
The selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs 5200 to 20200 under the Sixth Pay Commission, along with this a grade pay of Rs 2400 will also be provided. Due to this salary structure, this job is being considered economically attractive.
