India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a rain alert in 6 states amid cold. People’s problems will increase due to further falling temperature due to rain. On the other hand, the fiercest form of cold wave will now be seen in North India. There is a possibility of a huge drop in temperature in Delhi, UP, Bihar and Himachal Pradesh.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in many areas of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Odisha, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Fishermen living on the sea shore have been asked to be careful during this period. Due to rain the temperature will decrease and cold will increase.
Delhi weather
There is a possibility of drop in temperature in Delhi from today. According to the Meteorological Department, today the minimum temperature is likely to drop to 10 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is likely to be 25 degrees Celsius. In the morning the wind will blow at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour.
Cold will increase further in UP
The cold is continuously increasing in Uttar Pradesh. Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said that the drop in temperature that has started in the state due to westerly winds is likely to continue for the next 2-3 days. During this period, the minimum temperature of the state may drop further by 2-3 degrees Celsius, which will further increase the cold.
Today on Monday (24 November) the weather is likely to remain dry in the state. Dense fog will be seen at some places in Western UP, while there will be shallow to moderate fog at some places in Eastern UP in the morning. The weather may remain clear in the state on 25, 26 and 27 November also. During this period, there is a possibility of shallow to moderate fog in both parts in the morning.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no active weather system in effect in UP right now. Despite this, the influence of westerly and north-western winds is so profound that dryness and coldness in the atmosphere is increasing rapidly. Despite the fog clearing during the day, light haze may persist.
Bihar weather
There will be a drop in maximum temperature in all the districts of Bihar on Monday. There is a possibility of wind blowing at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour in the morning. The Meteorological Department has asked people to be cautious during this period.
