Together they had saved only about $1,74,000 so far. His wife was very frugal. She didn’t even allow beer in the house and only allowed S to have an old cheap car. In such a situation, when S won the lottery, he hid this fact from his wife. He only told his wife that he had received $32,000 to repair the house. But in reality, after receiving crores of rupees, he started spending money on fun and expensive things.
Kept enjoying luxury alone, then fear of wife started troubling him
