A big update has come for the candidates waiting for Delhi Police Recruitment 2025. Staff Selection Commission has released the dates of examinations for both the posts of Constable and Head Constable. All the candidates who have applied can now see the complete date sheet by visiting the SSC website.
What will be the exam pattern?
The written examination of Delhi Police will be in computer-based mode. In this, 100 multiple choice questions of total 100 marks will be asked from the candidates from subjects like General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence and Computer. The duration of the examination has been kept for 90 minutes. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given, while there will be a negative marking of ¼ mark on the wrong answer. The successful candidates in this examination will be called to give the next stage Physical Endurance Test and Measurement Test.
Exam will be held on this day
According to the schedule released by SSC, various examinations of Delhi Police will be as follows.
- Constable Driver Exam: 16 & 17 December 2025
- Constable (Executive) Exam: 18 December 2025 to 6 January 2026
- Head Constable (Ministerial) Exam: 7 January to 12 January 2026
- AWO/TPO Exam: 15 January to 22 January 2026
This time the Constable (Executive) exam will last for about 20 days, from which it can be estimated that the exam will be conducted in multiple shifts and a large number of candidates will appear, whereas the AWO/TPO exam is considered especially important for testing technical knowledge.

Under this recruitment drive, appointments will be made to a total of 9363 posts in Delhi Police.
- Constable (Driver): 737 posts
- Constable (Executive): 7565 posts
- Head Constable (Ministerial): 509 Posts
- AWO/TPO: 552 posts
