Social media influencer and Bollywood socialite Ori, whose real name is Orhaan Avtramani, is in the headlines these days. Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANAC) had summoned him for questioning in the Rs 252 crore drugs case, on this occasion his attire became a topic of discussion.

Now Ori said that her clothes were not for fashion or to attract attention, but it was a way of showing her honesty and clarity.

Speaking to IANS, Ori said, “I had chosen my clothes very thoughtfully. I was also wearing a black thread sent by my guru. My attire during interrogation reflects my honesty and truthfulness.

He also shared memories with IANS. Ori said, “When I was in ‘Bigg Boss’, Salman Khan had advised me that I would probably never get this much fame again, so when the fame subsides, never do anything crazy to get attention. Always remain dignified. I tied the knot on this and now when this news related to drugs came out, I felt a little fame again. Although, this fame came for the wrong reasons, but I also experienced it.”

On November 26, Ori had recorded his statement at the Ghatkopar office of the Anti-Narcotics Cell.

What is 252 crore drugs case?

The drugs case worth Rs 252 crore started from March last year. In Sangli district of Maharashtra, the police had caught an illegal factory manufacturing Mephedrone drugs. During this action, a large quantity of drugs were recovered, whose value in the foreign market was around Rs 252 crore.

Investigation revealed that the factory owners are the main accused Suhail Shaikh and Tahir Dola. Both used to organize rave parties in India and abroad. Mephedrone and other intoxicants were supplied in these parties. The police is now busy finding their entire network.
