Many infections do not show any major symptoms initially. People often mistake slight fatigue, lethargy or weakness for a day or so as the effect of weather, stress or lack of sleep. But the body has activated its immune system internally. Catching early signs can prevent the problem from progressing further.

If recently your body has started getting tired quickly, you are not interested in work or are feeling more weak than usual, then this is not just tiredness, it can be an early sign of a disease developing in the body. When the immune system fights an infection, the energy level of the body automatically starts decreasing.

Sometimes mild fever, heat and cold in the body, sweating at night or severe cold are also signs that the spark of some disease is flaring in your body. This fever is so mild that people often do not even measure it, but if such a condition persists for a long time, it should not be ignored.

Feeling pain in muscles or joints without any reason in the body is also a big sign. Especially when you are not doing hard work. Infection causes swelling in the body, due to which mild pain may persist and you dismiss it as the effect of stress or poor sleep.

If your stomach is not well for the last few days and you are experiencing problems like frequent pain, loss of appetite, nausea or looseness, then this can also be the result of internal infection. When the body fights a disease, digestion also gets affected and such symptoms appear.

If mild cough, sore throat, blocked nose or mild difficulty in breathing persists for several days, then it is not just the effect of weather but can be the initial form of some viral or bacterial infection. Especially when it is accompanied by fatigue or mild fever.

If you feel slightly swollen lumps near the neck, armpit or thigh, then this is a very important sign of the body. Lymph nodes swell when the immune system is trying to fight an infection. Similarly, sudden redness or warmth in any part also indicates hidden infection.

Sometimes infection also affects the mind and brain. Your sudden irritability, feeling heavy in the mind, lack of concentration or increasing mental fatigue can all be signs that the body is engaged in some internal battle. People often dismiss it as stress, whereas it can also be the effect of an incipient disease.
