Kolkata Metro Jobs: Job opportunity in Kolkata Metro. 128 vacant posts are going to be recruited. ITI certificate holders can apply online. Act Apprentice- Kolkata Metro Rail Authority is going to recruit for this post. The online application process will start from December 23, 2025 and will continue till January 22, 2026. Online application can be made through the official website of Metro Railway Kolkata mtp.indianrailways.gov.in. On appointment to the post of Act Apprentice in Kolkata Metro, you will get stipend every month. It has been said that Rs 1800 will be received.
You must have passed 10th
The applicant must have passed at least 10th class. This is also in 10+2 examination system. Minimum 50 percent marks must be obtained overall. Must have passed 10th class examination from a recognized board. There should be ITI certificate in the trade in which apprenticeship training will be taken, which will be provided by NCVT or SCVT. Applicants age should be between 15 to 24 years. That means minimum age is 15 years and maximum age is 24 years. If there is relaxation in age limit for reserved category.
How much has the application fee been fixed for which category of applicants?
- Rs 100 for General and OBC
- Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and women will not have to pay any fee.
- Application fee can be deposited online only. Application fee has to be deposited through debit card, credit card, internet banking.
To select eligible candidates from among the applicants, equal weightage will be given to both how many marks an applicant has obtained in 10th class and how many marks he has obtained in ITI examination. On the basis of both these, eligible candidates will be selected.
CBSE: CBSE board is giving job opportunities. Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE is going to recruit on many posts including Junior Assistant. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of CBSE. 124 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment. The application process has already started, and it will continue till December 22.
