The rally was organized in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh during the celebration of three years of the Congress government. Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri looked very angry in this rally. Deputy CM Agnihotri said that the officers who are attending the houses of BJP leaders or conspiring against them during the tenure of Congress government will be dealt with strictly and such people will be dealt with in the dark of night. He clearly said that now the work will not be done like this and no concession will be given to those officers who are found to have ‘double character’.

He said that the government has taken an oath to eliminate ‘small thinking’ and any person, be it an officer, employee or leader, who conspires against the government will be dealt with strictly.
