With the beginning of the new year in Uttar Pradesh, a major reshuffle has been decided in the administrative structure. The government on Friday issued orders for promotion of 67 IAS officers, which will be effective from January 1. In this, 4 officers of 2001 batch have been promoted to Principal Secretary, while 19 officers of 2010 batch have been promoted to Secretary/Commissioner rank. Along with this, officers of 2013 batch have been given selection grade pay scale and 2022 batch have been given senior time scale.
These orders were issued by Principal Secretary Appointment and Personnel M. Devaraj. If administrative sources are to be believed, the changes may include reshuffle of the District Magistrate of Lakhimpur Kheri, as he will be promoted to the rank of Secretary from January 1.
These officers were made Chief Secretaries
Apart from this, transfers of more IAS officers may also take place. Apart from this, some officers of 2010 batch can also be posted on the post of Commissioner after promotion. Shashi Bhushan Lal Sushil, Ajay Kumar Shukla, Aparna U, SVS Rangarao will be made principal secretaries.

Akhand Pratap Singh, Kumar Prashant, Neha Sharma, Monica Rani, Shambhu Kumar, Yogesh Kumar, Nitish Kumar, Bhavani Singh Khangaraut, Sandeep Kaur, Durgashakti Nagpal, Ravindra Kumar, Om Prakash Arya, Nagendra Pratap, Divya Prakash Giri, Krishna Kumar, and Sudha Verma will get supertime pay scale. Apart from this, K Balaji, Ashutosh Niranjan, and Sujit Kumar, posted on central deputation, have also been promoted.
These officers of 2013 batch will get selection grade pay scale. IAS Divya Mittal, Rajkamal Yadav, Priyanka Niranjan, Satyendra Kumar, Apoorva Dubey, Anuj Singh, Harshita Mathur, Avinash Kumar, Deepa Ranjan, Ramesh Ranjan, Sanjeev Ranjan, Ravindra Kumar Mandad, Samuel Pal N, Jitendra Pratap Singh, Alok Singh, Shubhrant Shukla, Vishal Bhardwaj, Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh, Dhirendra Singh Sachan, Dr. Vandana Verma, Prem Prakash Singh, Aryaka Akhauri, Sunil Kumar Verma, Anita Verma Singh, Shishir, Satya Prakash Patel, Dr. Kanchan Saran, Raghubir, Chandni Singh, and Rajesh Kumar Tyagi will be given selection grade pay scale.
