Abhigyan Kundu did wonders in the Under-19 Asia Cup, scored a double century in just 121 balls.

The match between India and Malaysia in the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup 2025 is being played today at The Sevens Stadium in Dubai. In this match, Malaysia won the toss and decided to bowl first. Wicketkeeper batsman Abhigyan Kundu, who came to bat at number 5 for Team India, has scored a brilliant double century in just 121 balls. After India fell by three wickets for 87 runs, Kundu made a partnership of 209 runs with Vedant Trivedi.

With this century, Abhigyan has now become the Indian batsman who has played the biggest innings in the Under-19 Asia Cup. Before him, this record was in the name of Vaibhav Suryavanshi and he also made this record in his name by scoring 171 runs in the match against UAE in the same Asia Cup.

Abhigyan scored a double century in 121 balls
Abhigyan Kundu completed his century in just 80 balls, which included 11 fours and 1 six. After this, Abhigyan started batting in an explosive manner and he completed 200 runs in the next 41 balls i.e. 121 balls. During this, Abhigyan hit 17 fours and 9 sixes.
