Rajasthan: BJP MLA gave a warning to his own government, said- ‘If this demand is not met then…’

A statement of BJP MLA Devendra Joshi from Sursagar seat in Jodhpur, Rajasthan is much discussed. After his statement, the opposition has also attacked the government. In fact, BJP MLA Devendra Joshi has raised questions regarding the law and order of his government. He says that the system in Jodhpur has completely broken down.

The MLA has given an ultimatum to the government saying that if the problem is not resolved then he himself will sit on strike within 24 hours.

Actually, dyeing and printing work takes place at Siwana Gate intersection of Jodhpur. Shops remain open till late night. Dirty water from dyeing and printing spreads on the roads, causing a lot of problems to the local people. Due to this, people came out on the streets in which women and men sat on dharna in silent protest at Sivachi Gate. The protesters alleged that such a situation exists due to the negligence of the police and the Municipal Corporation.

24 hour ultimatum to the government

Due to the ongoing protest in the middle of the road, there was a traffic jam in the city, seeing which MLA Devendra Joshi also reached the spot. MLA Devendra Joshi said that tea and other shops remain open till late night in Jodhpur, where anti-social elements gather and commit crimes.

The MLA warned that if the situation did not improve within 24 hours, he himself would sit on a strike along with the area residents. ADCP Sunil Pawar, who was present on the spot, said that the complaints have been taken seriously and necessary action will be taken soon.

Leader of opposition Tikaram Julie targeted the government

Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Tikaram Julie said, “When the people in the chair are angry with the government, then understand that the government’s identity is missing. As soon as BJP completes ‘two years of lies’, the situation is now such that BJP MLA Devendra Joshi himself has to warn of sitting on a dharna against his own government and police over the poor law and order situation in Jodhpur. The people in power have lost faith in their government.”
