High-protein foods include chicken, eggs, pulses, cheese, milk and protein shakes. These are necessary for muscle building and recovery. For clean carbs, he eats brown rice, oats, sweet potatoes and whole grain bread. Apart from this, to boost immunity he eats apple, banana, orange, spinach and broccoli. For Vaibhav, pizza, burgers, fried foods, excessive sweets and fried foods have been banned. At the same time, he also eats less Bihari dishes like Litti-Chokha.
