Delhi High Court has reserved its decision on the petition of Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s children demanding their share in the property of their late father Sanjay Kapoor. Karisma Kapoor’s children have made sensational allegations in the ongoing Sanjay Kapoor family property dispute in the Delhi High Court. Karisma’s children claim that the will of their father Sanjay Kapoor is fake and it was tampered and changed while he was alive.

In the last hearing, lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, on behalf of Sanjay Kapoor’s children, argued in the court that the will was amended when Sanjay was on a holiday with his son and the person who amended the will was made the director of the company a day after Sanjay Kapoor’s death.
Step mother accused of grabbing property
Karisma Kapoor’s children have filed a case in the Delhi High Court regarding the alleged will and share in the property of their late father Sanjay Kapoor, in which they have accused stepmother Priya Kapoor of forgery in the will and usurping their father’s property. Karisma’s children say that Sanjay Kapoor had assured them of a share in the property, but his name is not there in the will, and Priya Kapoor has tampered with the will. The children’s lawyer has demanded a forensic investigation of the will, which Priya Kapoor’s lawyer is opposing. Delhi High Court has directed Priya Kapoor and the executor of the will to file a reply.
Sanjay’s mother also accused Priya Sachdev
Sunjay’s mother Rani Kapoor alleged that Priya showed only Rs 1.7 crore in her bank account, while Sanjay’s salary was Rs 60 crore. Senior advocate Vaibhav Gaggar, appearing for Rani Kapoor, argued that it was extremely impossible for Sanjay to bequeath his entire personal property to Priya alone.
