Modern Diagnostic & Research Center Limited IPO: Modern Diagnostic & Research Center Limited IPO, a big company in the healthcare and diagnostic sector, is going to launch its IPO. This will be the last IPO of this year. This is a book built issue of Rs 36.89 crore.

This IPO is a completely fresh issue. Modern Diagnostic is coming with its IPO on 31st December, for which investors will be able to bid till 2nd January 2026. Share allotment under the IPO is expected to take place on January 5, 2026. Whereas the company’s stocks can be listed on BSE and NSE on January 7, 2026.

What is the price band?

The company has fixed the price band for the IPO at Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share. There will be 1600 shares in one lot. Retail investors will have to apply for at least two lots i.e. 3200 shares. According to the upper price band, a minimum investment of Rs 2.88 lakh will have to be made for this. At least 3 lots have been reserved for HNI investors in the IPO of Modern Diagnostic and Research Centre.

What does the company do?

Modern Diagnostic and Research Center, a diagnostic service provider, provides testing facilities in segments like forensic pathology, anatomical pathology, molecular pathology. The company also provides radiology services. These include X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography. It has 21 centers in 8 states across the country. Of these, there are 17 laboratories and four diagnostic centres. Started in 1985, this diagnostic chain specializes in diagnosing diseases through medical testing facilities.

For what purpose will the money be used?

The company will use the funds raised from the IPO to purchase medical equipment for its diagnostic centers and laboratories, meet working capital requirements, repay earlier loans and fulfill general corporate purposes.
