There is a decision of the High Court in it…you should put this matter in the High Court. We cannot discuss any decision of the court here.
SP MLA became emotional in the assembly
On this, Vijma Devi became emotional and said, “I will express my views again and again because justice is not being given. We too will be murdered…our son and daughter will be murdered. Neither the High Court nor the Supreme Court has given bail to those who are going to murder my husband. The government lobbied for a month that Kapil Karwariya’s daughter gets married. The daughter got married, then the government extended it by one month and Udaybhan Karwariya was also given bail.” Has left.”
Satish Mahana said that the government does not leave, the court leaves. Which man can go free without court? On this, the SP MLA said, “Sir, the court has not left it. The government has left it. Then if I am murdered and my son is murdered, then tell me the responsibility in the assembly if something happens tomorrow.. They are roaming freely like this.. You will have to listen to me again and again.”
SP demands security for MLA
After this, Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey also stood up and demanded from the Speaker to provide security to the SP MLA and said that he should be provided security. The speaker agreed to this and said that security will be provided. Nothing will happen to you, the government will also worry about this.

Let us tell you that Udaybhan Karwaria, a two-time BJP MLA, his brother Kapil Karwaria and younger brother Surajbhan Karwaria were accused of the murder of SP leader Jawahar Yadav. In July 2024, the UP government waived the sentence of Udaybhan Karwaria due to his good conduct and he came out of jail. Vijma Devi has already raised this issue in the House.
