There is intense political activity in Uttar Pradesh at this time and meanwhile, Deputy CM of the state Brajesh Pathak has reached Delhi. Recently, politics intensified in UP after the meeting of Brahmin MLAs of BJP and during this time, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak has gone to Delhi and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, their meeting is regarding the invitation to Varanasi’s National Volleyball Championship.

After reaching Delhi, UP Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak and Varanasi Mayor Ashok Tiwari met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and invited him to organize the National Volleyball Championship to be held in Varanasi between January 4-11.

Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak has also given information regarding this meeting by posting on X. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak posted on X and wrote – “Today in Delhi, I met the world’s popular leader, our pathfinder and our source of inspiration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and received his warm companionship and efficient guidance. I express my heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the Prime Minister for providing your valuable time and guidance. Mayor Varanasi Ashok Tiwari was present on this occasion.

Let us inform that on 23 December 2025, during the winter session of the UP Assembly, a big meeting of Brahmin MLAs was held at the residence of BJP MLA from Kushinagar PN Pathak in Lucknow. In which about 40-50 Brahmin MLAs and MLCs participated. There are a total of 52 Brahmin MLAs in UP, out of which 46 are from BJP. In this meeting, the declining political voice of the Brahmin community, neglect, caste balance and community issues were discussed. The organizers called it a social-family event and refused to give it a political color. At the same meeting, BJP State President Pankaj Chaudhary clearly said that stay away from negativity.
