Actress Soha Ali Khan takes special care of her health. Meanwhile, recently she posted a video on social media, in which she was seen making green juice. Soha called it a ‘New Year gift’. This juice is rich in hydration, fiber and minerals, which helps in digestion, hormone balance and maintaining energy.

While posting the video on Instagram, Soha Ali Khan also gave the recipe of healthy juice. He told that this recipe is not only healthy but can be made easily at home. For this, take carrots, cucumber, celery, chia seeds, dragon fruit, ginger, coriander, moong sprouts and greens and blend them all and drink. Soha advised to start slowly and listen to your body.

The actress wrote in the caption, ‘Happy New Year’s gift to you from me. As promised, here is the green juice I drink most mornings. This is not a hard detox juice. This will make you healthy, drink it daily. It’s rich in hydration, fiber, minerals and anti-inflammatory properties, which help the body do the things it already knows how to do. This juice helps in digestion, maintaining hormone balance and maintaining energy throughout the day. Especially when one feels heaviness or lethargy, then it is even more effective. Actress Soha told that she usually drinks it after breakfast and before lunch.

For this, take carrots, cucumber, two stalks of celery, half cup coconut water, half teaspoon chia seeds (soaked overnight), a small piece of dragon fruit (cut into cubes), freshly grated ginger, a handful of coriander leaves, a handful of moong dal sprouts (lightly steamed) and a handful of baby greens.

He told that the method of making it is also very easy. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you like thinner juice then add some more coconut water. Soha advised fans to start slowly and keep changing the content. This juice being rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber also helps in boosting immunity.
