How much can the salary increase with the 8th Pay Commission?
According to reports, the biggest question now is what will be the salary after the 8th Pay Commission. If the fitment factor is kept at 2.15, then the basic salary of a Scientific Assistant working at Level-5 can directly increase to around Rs 62,780 per month.
