Folk singer Neha Singh Rathore’s troubles are increasing. On Saturday (January 3), Neha Singh Rathore reached Hazratganj police station. Neha Singh Rathore had made indecent remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this case, a case was registered against Neha in Hazratganj police station.
Last year, on 27 April 2025, an FIR was registered at Hazratganj Police Station in Lucknow. She has reached the police station regarding this. Neha had made a controversial comment during the Pahalgam terror attack. On behalf of Neha Singh Rathore, a petition was also filed in Allahabad High Court to cancel the FIR in this case.
Neha Rathore’s husband gave this information
Neha Singh’s husband Himanshu Singh told that we had received the first notice 15 days ago. Neha was called through that notice, but her health was not good at that time. That’s why we had asked for some time from the police to come.
He told that we had gone out on Saturday. When I came back I received this notice. In this, Neha was asked to appear at the police station within three hours. Himanshu further said that we ourselves have come to cooperate in the investigation. Neha has not been arrested.
Police sent notice in the matter
In this matter, the police has already sent two notices to Neha Singh Rathore. On Saturday, when Neha returned to her residence from somewhere, she saw that a third notice was pasted on her gate, after which Neha had reached some police station with her husband.
Neha Singh has come with her husband to record her statement regarding this matter. On December 5, the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court had rejected his anticipatory bail petition.
What is the whole matter?
Neha Singh Rathore had given a statement in the case of murder of tourists after asking their religion in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Neha has been accused of making anti-religious and anti-national statements against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP.
Rejecting her petition, the Lucknow bench said that she was not cooperating in the investigation of the previous bench as per the order. Due to this, the bench of Justice Brijraj Singh had rejected her petition to cancel the FIR. After Neha’s bail plea was rejected, the police gave her a notice. Due to which he had to appear before the police.
