Bihar State Minority Department Chairman Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi wrote a letter to the DGP and the Chief Secretary. He expressed displeasure over mob lynching in the state. In the letter, he had expressed concern over the mistreatment and assault on minorities in Bihar.

Bihar State Minority Commission Chairman Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi had a special conversation with ABP on Sunday (January 11). During this, he said that whatever incidents are happening in Bihar have started after the 2025 assembly elections. The opposition is busy spoiling the mutual harmony in Bihar.

State Minority Commission Chairman Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi targeted the opposition. He said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has a policy of zero tolerance on communalism. Those people who were taking oath as Chief Minister even before the election results are trying to spoil it.

He further said that it was necessary to write my letter because I wanted to send a message that whoever would suppress the minorities would do so. They will be answered. Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi said that those who carried out the mob lynching incident in Supaul are behind bars today.

‘Those who beat up Muslim in Nawada are in jail’

Ghulam Rasool Baliyavi further said that the people who had beaten up a Muslim from Bihar Sharif in Nawada. Due to which he died. 12 of them are in jail today. No one is being spared.

In the letter given to the DGP, Ghulam Rasool has demanded immediate action on the cases of mob lynching. Besides, it has also been asked to immediately register an FIR against the accused. On behalf of Ghulam Rasool, a demand has been made to provide financial assistance and security to the family of the deceased as soon as possible.
