According to the bank holiday list of RBI, banks will not be closed in any city on the occasion of Lohri. In such a situation, if you have any bank related work, then you can complete it by going to the bank branch on January 13 like normal days.

There are going to be many bank holidays this week. On January 14, closure of banks has been announced in Gujarat, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam due to Makar Sankranti and Magh Bihu. On January 15, banks will remain closed in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Sikkim due to Uttarayan Punyakal, Pongal, Maghe Sankranti and Makar Sankranti.
Apart from this, there will be a bank holiday in Tamil Nadu on 16th January due to Thiruvalluvar Day. Whereas on January 17, banks will remain closed in the state due to Uzhavar Thirunal. Due to January 18 being a Sunday, there will be a holiday for banks in the entire country.
