If you are preparing for CUET PG 2026 for admission in post graduation, then this news is very important for you. The National Testing Agency has made it clear that the last date to apply is January 14. Students who have not been able to fill the form yet have very little time left. If you do not apply in time, you may lose your chance to take the exam this year.
NTA has issued an important advisory regarding CUET PG 2026. It has been told that the last date of application has been fixed as January 14 and after that no form will be accepted. The agency has asked all the candidates not to wait for the last days and complete the application as soon as possible. Many times the website becomes slow at the last moment, due to which there may be difficulty in filling the form. Therefore, it would be better to apply in time.
How much will the application fee cost?
For CUET PG 2026, general category candidates will have to pay Rs 1400, EWS and OBC will have to pay Rs 1200, SC/ST will have to pay Rs 1100 and disabled candidates will have to pay Rs 1000. If a candidate chooses additional test paper, then Rs 700 will have to be paid for general category and Rs 600 for other categories. The fee for foreign candidates has been fixed at Rs 7000 and for additional paper at Rs 3500.

You will also get a chance to correct mistakes in the form
If you have made a mistake while filling the form, there is no need to panic. NTA is going to open the correction window. This facility will be available from January 18 to January 20. During this time, candidates can make necessary corrections in their form. However, there are some information which cannot be changed, hence it is better to fill the form carefully for the first time.
How to fill the form
- First of all go to the official website of NTA exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/.
- Click on the link “Registration for CUET (PG) 2026 is LIVE” on the homepage.
- Now a new page will open, where you will have to register first.
- Fill information like name, mobile number, email ID in registration.
- Login details will be available as soon as the registration is completed.
- Candidates should now login and fill the required information.
- After this upload the candidates photo and signature.
- Now candidates should submit the fees.
- After submitting the form, download a copy of it and save it.
