If you have completed graduation and are preparing for a job in a bank, then there is good news for you. Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has issued recruitment notification for 750 apprentice posts across the country. The application process has started from 7th July 2026 and interested candidates can apply online till 20th July 2026.
A total of 750 apprentice posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. Of these, maximum 200 posts are in Tamil Nadu. Apart from this, there will be recruitment on 110 posts in Uttar Pradesh, 85 in Maharashtra, 53 in Delhi and 35 in Bihar. The number of posts has been decided differently for different states.
What will be the age limit?
The age of the applying candidate should be minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years. Age will be calculated as on July 1, 2026. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per government rules.
What qualification is required?
To apply for this recruitment, the candidate must have passed graduation in any subject from a recognized university.
application fee
To apply for these posts, the application fee for male candidates of General, OBC and EWS category has been kept at Rs 944. Women candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay a fee of Rs 708. Whereas the application fee for SC, ST and disabled candidates has been fixed at Rs 236.

How will the selection be done?
In this recruitment, the candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. A total of 100 questions related to General and Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge and related subjects will be asked in the examination. Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the examination.
How much stipend will I get?
Selected candidates will also get a stipend every month during training. On deployment in metro branches, a stipend of Rs 15,500 per month will be given, in urban branches, Rs 14,500 per month and in semi-urban or rural branches, a stipend of Rs 14,000 per month will be given.

Register yourself and fill all the information asked in the application form correctly. Upload necessary documents, photo and signature. After paying the application fee, submit the form and keep its printout safe for future use.
