Mehul Choksi has three units on the 9th, 10th and 11th floor of Gokul Apartments, with two above flat duplexes with flat terres. The door of the house has been covered with notices, summons, outstanding bills, court order documents.
63 lakh rupees maintenance charge is outstanding
A member of the Society of Gokul Apartment told ABP News that Mehul Choksi has not given maintenance for the last seven years. Mehul Choksi has not paid a maintenance charge of about 63 lakh rupees for her flat. A copy of the electricity bill lying on the door of the house shows that by March 2025, the electricity bill of Rs 35,820 is outstanding.
Angry expressed to the member of the apartment
Expressing displeasure over Mehul Choksi, a member of the Society of Gokul Apartments told ABP News, “Mehul is outstanding seven years of maintenance. He has three units – 9th, 10th and 11th floor. 11th floor is a terrace, which he has illegally captured.
Maintenance dues are around 63 lakh rupees without interest. In the year 2020, renovation work was done in our condominium society, which cost Rs 30-35 lakh per unit. In such a situation, the total cost of three units is made around 95 lakh rupees.
