Actually, Siddhant Sabharwal and Mokam Singh, founders of Indian streetwear label Bluorng, had organized a casual house party. Many members of the team participated in this. First, while talking, Siddhant and Mokam started telling about their journey as a team. Then came the mention of the company’s first employee, Rahul Ojha.

Siddhant and Mokam praised Rahul for the fact that he remained with the company continuously and supported him through every ups and downs. In the video that went viral, Siddhant is seen saying, “It is very difficult to work with us.” I always troubled Rahul a lot, but he always supported me.
Expressing their agreement on these points of Siddhant, other team members start smiling and nodding their heads. Siddhant is also seen saying that a startup does not just need skills, but also needs people who can go beyond just work and become a wall, a support.
