If the content is good then it can withstand every storm if it is released on any date.
Exhibitor Akshay Rathi said- ‘There are some exceptions to the misfortune of this January. I remember Hrithik Roshan’s Agneepath was released on the weekend of 26th January. Akshay Kumar’s film was also released at that time. But the film made huge money. All this has been happening for the last few years, it is just a coincidence that films released in January do not do well.
Border 2 will break this misery
Akshay further said- ‘What matters most is which film is coming to break it. I hope that film will be Border 2 this year. Every element is there in this film. Cast, genre, scale and franchise. Along with all this, Sunny Deol is a megastar and brilliant director Anurag Singh. When it comes to these kind of films he is the best. So I hope that Border 2 will definitely end this curse.
