Kashi got global recognition – Yogi Adityanath
Speaking to the press here, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, Kashi is indestructible, every Sanatani has a feeling of reverence towards Kashi. Today Kashi has got global recognition. Kashi has developed in the last 11 years. Kashi is represented by the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Many projects going on in Kashi- Yogi Adityanath
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who was on Varanasi tour, also said that many projects are going on for the development of Kashi, overall development project is going on in Kashi. New institutions are opening in Kashi. This visit of Yogi Adityanath is considered very important amidst the ongoing project at Manikarnika Ghat in Varanasi.
Yogi Adityanath said, some people always defame the heritage of Kashi, some people continuously plot conspiracies regarding Kashi. There is a continuous conspiracy going on regarding Kashi. Today no one has any fear in coming to Kashi. Today there is no discrimination against anyone in Kashi.
Kashi’s condition was bad before 2014- Yogi
He said that before 2014, the condition of Kashi Ghat was bad and the country’s largest Namo Ghat is today inside Kashi. Ganga water of Kashi Vishwanath Dham in Kashi was not suitable for bathing, today you can take bath in Kashi. Today all the roads of Kashi are connected with four lanes. There is no traffic jam in Kashi today. Different trains of the country are available in Kashi.
‘New employment opportunities in Kashi’
The Chief Minister also said that Kashi contributes to the country’s GDP. New employment opportunities have come in Kashi. Last year, 11 crore people saw the development of Kashi. What was the condition of Kashi before 2014 is not hidden from anyone.
He said that a program for Manikarnika Ghat is being done with CSR money. It is not being done with government money. Manikarnika Ghat is being maligned and talked about. The last rites are performed in Sanatan religion.
He said that people come to Manikarnika Ghat to perform the last rites. Some people are not able to even bid final farewell to their loved one with respect. Congress party never gave respect to Ahilyabai Holkar, some people are hindering the development. Angal is making false statements about Kashi.
