After the huge success of ‘Dhurandhar’, now the audience is waiting for the sequel of the film. ‘Dhurandhar’ has not even left the theaters yet and the makers have decided to release the first glimpse of the second part of the film. The teaser of ‘Dhurandhar – Part 2’ will be shown in theaters along with Sunny Deol’s most awaited film ‘Border 2’. Along with this, the makers have also decided not to postpone the release date of ‘Dhurandhar – Part 2’.
In a report of Bollywood Hungama, information has been given that the teaser of ‘Dhurandhar – Part 2’ has been attached with ‘Border 2’. Quoting a source in the report, it is written – ‘The purpose of this is to reset the release date in the minds of the cinema watching audience. Dhurandhar 2 is scheduled to release on Eid 2026, the teaser will re-establish this date with some new scenes.
Makers want to take advantage of the patriotic wave
The report further reads – ‘Dhurandhar 2 and ‘Border 2’ both are films based on patriotism, and the team of Jio Studios wants to take advantage of this wave of patriotic cinema. The new teaser taken from the end credits of the first part will also be released on digital platforms after the big screen premiere. For new audiences, it will be shown only on the big screen.
‘Dhurandhar – Part 2’ will clash with ‘Toxic’
Earlier there were reports that the makers of ‘Dhurandhar’ may postpone the release date of the sequel to avoid clash with ‘Toxic’. But now this does not seem to be happening. In the end credits of ‘Dhurandhar’, the release date of Part 2 was given as 19 March 2026 and the makers are sticking to this date. That means Ranveer Singh’s film is going to clash at the box office with Yash’s ‘Toxic’ on Eid 2026.
About ‘Border 2’
‘Border 2’ will be released in theaters on January 23, 2026. There is a huge buzz about the film and now the excitement of the fans seems to be increasing even more. Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty and Diljit Dosanjh will be seen in lead roles in the film.
