Who is Mullah?

Who is Maulvi?
Maulvi is a person who recites Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, leads namaz and provides religious education and advice. Not every cleric has the authority to issue fatwa.
Who is the Imam?
In Islam, Imam means the person who leads the prayers. Along with teaching namaz, he gives sermons in the mosque. Even the Imam does not have the authority to issue fatwa.
