In an interview given to Hindustan Times, Bhushan Kumar said that ‘Border’ is a huge franchise and the love he has received after watching this story again after almost 30 years has cleared the way to move forward. However, he also said that for this we will have to wait for the right time.
Fans’ impatience increased, but ‘Border 3’ will not come immediately

But Bhushan Kumar has made it clear that ‘Border 3’ will not be his next film. He told that before ‘Border 2’, he and director Anurag Singh were going to work on another project which will now be completed first.
