The Education Department and the Council of Secondary Education have made complete preparations for the Bihar Board Intermediate Annual Examination 2026. This time, strict rules have been implemented to conduct the examination in a completely cheating-free, disciplined and peaceful manner. The board has given clear instructions to the administration and examination centers of all the districts that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated. Especially a strict approach has been adopted regarding the timing, so that the dignity of the examination is maintained and an equal environment can be provided for all the students.
Bihar Board has said in clear words that it will be necessary for every candidate to follow the time on the day of examination. All students will have to reach their respective examination centers at least one hour before the commencement of the examination. This time has been kept so that the students can be examined properly and they can reach the examination hall without any panic. The board says that by arriving on time the examination process also runs smoothly.
Main gate will close 30 minutes earlier
The main gate of the examination center will be closed exactly 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. After this, no student will be allowed to enter, even if he has arrived late for any reason. The board has taken this decision so that there is no commotion or chaos at the time of commencement of the examination and the concentration of the students sitting inside is not disturbed.
No discount will be given for coming late
The board has made it clear that students coming late will not be allowed to enter the examination center under any circumstances. Be it traffic jam, lack of means or any personal reason, all these will not be considered valid. The rules of examination will be the same for everyone. The board believes that relaxation in rules breaks discipline and affects honest students.
Forced entry will be considered a crime
If any candidate tries to enter the examination center after the gate is closed by climbing the wall, by forcing the gate or by any wrong means, then it will be considered a serious crime. The board has said that such actions harm the fairness of the examination. In such cases, the administration will be immediately informed and action will be taken as per law.
Strict action will be taken against students
If any student is caught forcibly entering the examination centre, he will be given strict punishment. Such a student will be barred from appearing in any examination of Bihar Board for the next two years. Along with this, FIR will also be registered against him. The board says that such strictness is necessary so that the wrong message is not sent to other students.
Accountability of central officials also fixed
The board has also made it clear that action will be taken not only against the students but also against the officers and employees of the examination center. If any student is admitted or allowed to appear in the examination despite the rules at any centre, suspension and legal action will be taken against the center superintendent and the concerned staff of that centre. The board has instructed all the centers to follow the rules completely.
Strict arrangements to stop copying
This time additional arrangements have been made to make the examination cheating-free. Strict monitoring will be maintained around the examination centres. There will be a complete ban on mobile phones, electronic gadgets and any kind of banned material. Students will be thoroughly screened before admission to ensure that no inappropriate material is brought inside.
