Haryana Government has started a very special scheme for poor and vulnerable families, named Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Dayalu Yojana (DAYALU). The main objective of this scheme is to help those families in which any unexpected incident happens to any member or he becomes permanently disabled. It has been implemented to honor the thinking of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and his sensitivity towards the poor.
