Traveling in Delhi Metro has become easier, now NCMC cards of all banks are valid, you will get the benefit of cashless facility.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has taken a big step towards improving the convenience of passengers. Under the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) initiative of the Government of India, NCMC cards of all banks are now being accepted on the Delhi Metro network and Airport Line. Its objective is to integrate and simplify various transportation systems and retail payments across the country.

Aim to travel across the country with one card

The objective of the National Common Mobility Card Scheme of the Government of India is to provide seamless travel facility to passengers in different transport systems through a single card. Adopting this initiative, Delhi Metro has validated NCMC cards of all banks on its network, so that passengers will not need to get separate cards again and again.

Advice to smart card takers to adopt NCMC

Delhi Metro administration has appealed to the passengers who want to get new smart cards, they should give preference to NCMC or virtual smart cards. However, keeping in mind the convenience of passengers, DMRC’s traditional smart cards will also be available at metro stations.

Convenience across the entire network including the airport line

This facility of NCMC card has been implemented on the entire network of Delhi Metro as well as the Airport Line. With this, passengers traveling to and from the airport will also get a cashless and seamless travel experience.

Contact immediately in case of problem

If passengers face any problem related to card or any other service, they can contact senior officials present at the metro station. Apart from this, complaint can also be lodged on DMRC’s 24 hours active IVRS helpline number 155370.

Online complaint facility also available

If passengers wish, they can also register their complaint by visiting DMRC’s official website pcms.dmrc.org/careqr/. While registering the complaint, sharing information like station name, date, time and counter will help in resolving the problem. The Delhi Metro administration has expressed regret to the passengers for any inconvenience caused and assured that continuous efforts are being made to provide a better, safe and seamless travel experience to the passengers.
