Sensation due to double murder in Ghaziabad, two friends murdered at a dhaba over a dispute over drinking alcohol.

There was a sensation on Friday night in Khoda police station area adjacent to the Delhi border in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh, when there was a dispute with the dhaba operator regarding the taste while drinking alcohol. After which the youth working at the dhaba attacked three friends with sharp weapons, in which Satyam and Shripal died, while Anurag was seriously injured. The police reached the spot and detained several suspects and sent the injured for treatment.

A heavy police presence remained at the spot till late night. The police sent both the bodies for post-mortem. Officials said that the matter will be investigated and strict action will be taken. This incident has also exposed the police patrolling and lack of strictness against those who drink alcohol in the open.

According to the information, Satyam and Shripal were stabbed to death in Pragati Vihar of Khoda police station area of ​​Ghaziabad. A young man named Anurag is injured. The age of both the deceased was around 25 years. All of them worked in the factory. Satyam, Shripal and Anurag were drinking alcohol in the e-rickshaw. He had parked his e-rickshaw in front of the dhaba. He had a dispute with the dhaba staff regarding ordering food items along with liquor from the dhaba. The dispute escalated so much that the dhaba employees attacked all three with a knife or any other sharp object. In which Satyam and Shripal died while Anurag was injured.

Police caught many suspects

The police force arrived on information and detained many people from the spot. DCP Trans Hindon Nimish Patil said that the fight took place over a dispute over drinking alcohol. Two people have died. While a young man is injured, he has been sent for treatment. Investigation of the entire matter is going on. Further action will be taken after post mortem report and investigation.

Local people say that if the police had regularly taken action and checked against those who drink alcohol, this double murder incident could have been prevented.
