Earlier this year, Milap Zaveri and Bhushan Kumar were about to start shooting for Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal’s action-drama film. But according to reports, now the director and head of T-Series is shifting his focus to a new project, in which Milap Zaveri will again work with ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’ (2025) actor Harshvardhan Rane.
Milap Zaveri has reportedly put his action film starring Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal on hold for the time being. It is being told that the director is now focusing on a romantic drama with Harshvardhan Rane. However, till now no official confirmation has been given regarding this change by neither Milap Zaveri nor any actor associated with it.
Anil Kapoor will play a role in the film
According to Mid-Day, Anil Kapoor is in talks to play an important role in this yet untitled film, the shooting of which is expected to begin this month.
According to sources, talks are going on with producer Anil Kapoor, and this will be the first time Milap Zaveri will direct him.
At the same time, actors like Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal had already started training for action hero films. The source said that due to creative differences this film has been put on the back burner for now.
Milap is busy with Harshvardhan’s second film
According to sources, Milap Zaveri gave priority to Harshvardhan Rane’s film because creative differences were continuously emerging in the second film. Additionally, date conflicts were also a factor, as the producers wanted Harshvardhan’s film to start in February, and the Vidyut-Tiger film could not be completely ready by that time.
Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal in Milap Zaveri’s next?
Pinkvilla had reported this news in January and quoted a source as saying, ‘Kirti Shetty has been cast as the female lead of the film, which will prove to be another big project for her in Bollywood. This film has been completely designed as an intense action-love story. The plan was always to bring together two real action heroes, and Tiger Shroff and Vidyut Jammwal were the perfect choice for this. Their on-screen pairing is going to be very exciting for the audience, and fans are eagerly waiting to see this pair.
The source further said, ‘The shooting of the film is expected to begin in February, and pre-production is currently going on in full swing. The action sequences, hand-to-hand combat and explosive stunts are being planned keeping in mind the unique on-screen presence of both the leads. Tiger Shroff will directly enter this film after completing ‘Lag Ja Gale’. He is very excited to work on this project with Vidyut and Milap, especially given the large scale action.
