Trump Tariff: China has agreed to talk to America on bilateral trade, but has also laid down some condition. Quoting a Chinese government official, Bloomberg has said in its report that the first condition in this is that a respectable attitude towards China is adopted, America should maintain stability in its policies, the rules should not change every day. China also wants to pay attention to US sanctions and its concerns related to Taiwan.
America upset with China’s retaliation
The decision to impose 125 percent tariffs on China’s American goods and ban the purchase of Boeing aircraft on Chinese Airlines, Tilamilai Trump’s government increased the tariff on China to 245 percent. Responding to this, China had said that it is not afraid of fighting. China also said that if America wants to resolve this issue, it will have to talk on the basis of equality, respect and mutual benefits. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lynn Gian said, if the US really wants to resolve the issue, it should stop threatening and should talk to China on the basis of equality, respect and mutual gains.
This is the demand of China
- The derogatory remarks made by American cabinet members should be banned.
- America should take a similar stance on business matters.
- China’s concerns about US sanctions and American policy on Taiwan should also be resolved.
- The appointment of a prominent supporter from Trump should be appointed – a person who is able to form a compromise on which both Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping can formally sign.
