This case is related to Gardnibagh police station, which was earlier registered under the old Indian Penal Code and now this case is going on under the Indian Justice Code (BNS). In this case, sections 419, 420, 468, 448, 506 and 120B of criminal cases have been imposed on the MP. It is being told that the hearing was going on in the court, but the MP remained absent continuously. The owner of the house had complained and alleged that the MP had fraudulently taken his property to run his office.
