His entire innings was limited to just 12 overs and the team had to face a crushing defeat.
Netherlands vs Sri Lanka (8 June 2024)
The second lowest score in T20 World Cup history was also 39 runs, made by Netherlands. In 2014, while playing against Sri Lanka in Chattogram, Netherlands’ batting completely collapsed.
