Budget session is going on in Bihar. In such a situation, a heated debate is going on inside the House between the leaders of the party and the opposition. On Tuesday (February 10, 2026), JDU MLA Shyam Rajak reacted to an altercation between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rabri Devi. He replied by describing the brother-in-law and sister-in-law relationship between Nitish Kumar and Rabri Devi.

Shyam Rajak said, “Look, there is a sister-in-law and a brother-in-law… It is also the month of Magh, so it is not appropriate for anyone else to comment on the spat between brother-in-law and brother-in-law. It is okay… crimes have not increased, some incidents have happened, it is being controlled. When the sister-in-law says something, it is the brother-in-law’s job to say something.”

Opposition walked out of the House

On the other hand, the opposition walked out of the House on Tuesday, cornering the government on the issue of deteriorating law and order. RJD MLA Bhai Virendra said that the way Chief Minister Nitish Kumar misbehaved with Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Rabri Devi is an insult to a woman. This is inexcusable. The way the Chief Minister has used indecent language for Rabri Devi, the Chief Minister should first treat himself. They should take medicine on time.

Brother Virendra said, “The way Nitish Kumar is insulting the women of Bihar, it will not be tolerated. The way the Chief Minister has used indecent language and insulted the leaders of the opposition party in both the Houses… the Chief Minister should immediately apologize in the House itself.”

CPI(ML) MLA Sandeep Saurabh said that killing 10,000 people before the elections and murder-rape after the elections will not work. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar insulted Bihar’s first Chief Minister Rabri Devi in the House yesterday (Monday). A few days ago, he was trying to pull the hijab of a Muslim female doctor, so somehow the mental balance of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is disturbed.
