Epibatidine is a highly lethal poison found in the skin of poisonous dart frogs, native to South America. It is not found naturally anywhere in Russia.
He further said that Russia (President Vladimir Putin) had all the means, proper motive and opportunity to poison opposition leader Alexei Navalny. European countries have announced that they will complain to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons about Moscow’s violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention.
