Company shares started at Rs 900 on BSE. By around 11 am in the morning, a decline in company shares was visible. The stock was trading at Rs 862.60, down 4.16 percent or Rs 37.40.
Company shares had slipped by 4.30 per cent or Rs 38.70 on NSE. During this period the shares were trading at Rs 861.45. Investors did not get the benefit of listing gains as expected. Due to which the shares have fallen due to lack of enthusiasm among the investors.

Talking about the financial condition of the company, the net profit of the company had reached the figure of Rs 220.60 crore in the financial year 2025. Besides, the company’s revenue also registered an increase of 17 percent year-on-year. The company has performed well in the current financial year also. The company has made a net profit of Rs 70.90 crore in the quarter April-September 2025.

Fractal Analytics IPO was open between 9 and 11 February. The company IPO was worth Rs 2,840 crore. Overall, the issue was subscribed 2.81 times, but not every category was fully subscribed. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) quota (ex-anchor) was subscribed 4.41 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) quota was subscribed 1.11 times and the retail investors’ quota was subscribed 1.10 times.
The company is going to use the money raised from IPO to repay the loan, office setup, research and development, marketing and complete other works of the company.
