A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, where a girl was gang-raped by 5 boys. It is being told that the girl had gone to defecate, where these accused boys threatened her and raped her. On receiving information about the incident, police officers reached the spot along with the forensic team and started investigation.
The matter is of last 15th February, Gadwar police station area. The police have registered an FIR in this matter. Now, along with gathering evidence against the accused, there is talk of taking strict action against the accused boys.
Due to fear the girl did not tell at home
The rape victim’s sister-in-law informed, “When our sister-in-law had gone to defecate, six boys dragged her and raped her. Due to fear, the sister-in-law was not telling this at home. The next day, when her hands and legs started hurting, she cried and told that something wrong had been done to her.”
The sister-in-law has claimed that a complaint had already been lodged at the police station but the police reached the spot the next day. The victim had an exam, she had gone to give the paper.
Threat to kill father and brother and make video viral
Police investigation also revealed that the accused had threatened the girl not to tell anyone about this. If he does this then there are 6 people, father and brother will kill everyone. Not only this, the victim was also threatened to make the rape video viral. This was the reason why the girl did not tell anything to her family after coming home.
All five accused are out of reach of police
No arrest has been made in this case yet. The accused are still absconding. At the same time, Superintendent of Police Omveer Singh has said that this entire incident was reported by a person from Bahadurpur Kari village at Gadwar police station at around 3.30 pm on Wednesday, February 18. This person is the father of the victim. He has filed a complaint against four named and one unknown.
On receiving this information, the police team immediately reached the spot along with the forensic team to inspect the spot. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered at the local police station under relevant sections. While collecting evidence, strict action will be taken against all the accused involved in the incident.
