Former MP from Gonda, Uttar Pradesh and BJP leader Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has clarified the picture on the fight between Thakurs and Brahmins. When he was asked this question whether there is a Brahmin-Thakur fight going on in UP? On this, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said that there was never a war between Brahmins and Thakurs and neither is there now.
From the personal matters of some people, it cannot be assumed that the war between Brahmins and Thakurs is going on in UP. He further said that the fifth number of votes in my district is of Thakurs. From here I became an MP six times, once my wife became an MP and once my son became an MP, so it’s been 40 years.

He further said that if there was a Brahmin-Thakur fight then how have I been becoming an MP for 40 years. If 40 Brahmin MLAs meet together, it creates an uproar. On this question he said what is wrong in holding a meeting.
What did you say on the opposition of UGC?
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh expressed his opinion on the ongoing protests in Delhi regarding UGC. He said that those protesting in the capital Delhi are some professional people. He said that they are there as well as here in the upper caste society. He further said that you should make a reel, protest, but take care of the language.
He further said that whether the reel is made on behalf of the upper caste community or the reel is made on behalf of the Dalit community. Both should use the language. On the question that 90 percent has been taken care of except 10 percent in UGC, he said that we are only 10 percent. Regarding the number of upper castes, he said that we are not 10, 20, 30 percent, but much more.
What was said about the horse worth Rs 1.5 crore?
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has also clarified the situation regarding the horse worth Rs 1.5 crore. He said that the gift giver has quoted a price of Rs 1.5 crore, so we are accepting it. These race horses are expensive. During this he said that Ravi Chauhan has given a horse worth Rs 2.5 crore. Why this has been given can only be told by the giver.
