Heart diseases, headache, fatigue, insomnia also acts to detox the body.
Giving information about the benefits of consumption of chillies, Dr. Tiwari said, “Chilli is known as ‘Kumrusha’ in Ayurveda. Its consumption benefits health in many ways. Consumption of green chillies controls diabetes. The digestive system is repaired and it also removes bacteria that freeze in the intestines. Green chillies also provide anti-oxidants which also gives anti-oxidants. It also controls blood pressure. “
Loss of eating green chillies
He further explained, “Consuming green chillies daily leads to a metabolism and due to an element called Capsacin, body temperature is normal. Chili is also beneficial in heart diseases.” Dr. Tiwari said that chili should not be consumed much, otherwise there may be complaints of stomach irritation. He also informed that piles patients should avoid the consumption of red chili. However, there is no problem with the consumption of green chillies.
