Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh has been released from the court after 19 months. While talking to the media after his release, Moeed Khan expressed faith in UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The SP leader said that he had full faith in the judiciary and he has got justice. Let us tell you, Moeed Khan was in jail under POCSO Act and Gangster Act. He was made an accused in the minor gang rape case. Now he has been acquitted by the court.
Moeed Khan alleged that wrong information was given to the Chief Minister by the Bikapur MLA. Without facts and without investigation, the MLA misled Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, after which action was taken.
‘CM Yogi was misled’
Moeed Khan said that the Chief Minister is a saintly person and he cannot do such things. Action was taken as part of a conspiracy by giving them false news. He also said that some people from his own community hatched this conspiracy out of revenge.
‘If Yogi ji blesses me, the bakery will be opened again’
On the demolition action, the SP leader said that there has definitely been a loss, but if the Chief Minister has the blessings, the bakery will be re-established for the employment of the children. He told that he did not face any inconvenience in the jail and he was taken good care of.
Moeed Khan also said that neither the Chief Minister nor the local MLA is at fault in this entire incident. Although he admitted that wrong had happened to the girl, he claimed that the girl and her mother were misled by some people.
SP leader acquitted in rape case and gangster act
It is noteworthy that Moeed Khan has already been acquitted by the court in the gang rape and POCSO case. At the same time, he has also got bail in the Gangster Act case.
