Bareilly News: Horrific road accident in Bareilly, 5 killed in Bolero-tanker collision, 3 including driver injured

A painful road accident took place on Sunday (April 5) near Pardholi village of CBganj in Bareilly. The speeding Bolero vehicle collided with a tanker parked on the roadside from behind, due to which 5 people died on the spot, while 3 people including the Bolero driver were seriously injured. There was chaos in the area after the accident.

According to the information, Bolero was coming from Lucknow. Suddenly she lost control and rammed into a tanker parked on the roadside. The collision was so strong that the front part of the Bolero was completely shattered. The people in the car got trapped inside and there was screaming.

Immediately after the accident, nearby people reached the spot and started relief work. People informed the police and tried to rescue the trapped people. Later, police and rescue team reached the spot and with the help of cutter, cut the vehicle and took out the injured.

Treatment of the injured continues in the hospital

The injured include Bolero driver Prince and two children. Everyone was immediately admitted to Navodaya Hospital located at Mini Bypass via ambulance, where they are undergoing treatment. According to doctors, the condition of some of the injured remains critical.

Police said that Manmohan Singh, Sikandar, Sahabzad Khan and Mumtaz have been identified in the accident, while one person has not been identified yet. The police is trying to identify him.

CBganj Inspector Pradeep Kumar Chaturvedi said that in the initial investigation, speeding and carelessness are considered to be the main reasons for the accident. The police is investigating the entire matter.

After this accident, there is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area. The village and surrounding people are shocked by the death of five people in a single accident. Police is busy in further action.
